Why don’t you publish fixed prices?

If you later sign, we discount the equivalent of the deep audit.

How long before you send the proposal?

48 business hours from the initial 20-minute call. The report includes the plan that fits your case with its exact figure: setup + monthly. We do not send "from X" proposals with fine print.

What price range should I expect?

Accepted Answer

Indicative (non-binding) ranges: setup between €890 and €1,997 and monthly fee between €350 and €550 depending on scope. Custom AI chatbots have their own setup, typically from €1,497. Final pricing always depends on what we see in the audit — no more, no less.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

SEPA transfer and card (Stripe). The monthly fee is charged automatically on day 1 of each month. The setup is billed at project start in one payment or, if preferred, split into two (50% at kick-off, 50% on implementation completion).

Is there a minimum term?

No. All plans are monthly and you can cancel with 15 days’ notice, no penalty, no fine print. We only ask that you notify us before month end so we don’t have to prorate.

Can I change plans?

Yes, at any time — scope goes up or down with a single message and prorates on the next invoice. Many clients start light to see results and scale up after 2–3 months once they validate ROI.

What happens if I don’t see results?

We review the plan together: we adjust scope, focus or channels. If the underlying issue is that the market lacks search or citation volume, we say so honestly and suggest alternatives. We have recommended that clients stop the service when the investment did not make sense — we would rather lose a client than bill them for something that does not move the needle.

Do you work with clients outside Menorca?

Yes. Most of our clients are in Barcelona, Madrid, other parts of Spain and Europe. We work 100% remote with monthly strategy video calls. For clients in Menorca we can also meet in person at our Es Castell office.
